I guess it's called "Happy Hour" for multiple reasons. That magical time near the end of the day. It happens right before the beginning of sunset when everything is starting to wind down and the waning sun creates the most beautiful combination of soft, warm light and luscious shadows over the marshes and creeks in the Lowcountry.
